BV Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş., established as a 100% subsidiary of Boğaziçi Ventures, Turkey’s leading venture capital organization supporting globally scalable technology startups, has received its establishment license from the CMB. With BV Portföy, we are embarking on a journey to establish and manage funds that invest both in venture capital funds and in the shares of publicly traded technology companies.

Technology startups are of incredible importance for Turkey to move up into higher leagues globally.

Believing in this vision, and making it one of its core missions in its venture capital investments, Boğaziçi Venturescontinues to support technology startups in multiple dimensions. By establishing BV Portföy, Boğaziçi Ventures has further expanded its contributions to the technology ecosystem and strengthened its presence in Turkey.

About BV Portföy:

Following the approval of its operational license from the CMB, BV Portföy Yönetimi A.Ş. (“BV Portföy”) plans to establish venture capital funds investing in technology companies (for example: funds focused on technology startups that prioritize social and environmental benefits, or pre-IPO technology firms), thematic mutual funds consisting of technology-focused equities, and to provide portfolio management services to venture capital investment trusts focused on technology companies.
