BV Teknoloji processes your personal data listed in the table below for defined purposes, through the departments and limited to the periods.

Your personal data described below will be processed in order to fulfill the legal obligations BV Teknoloji and completing your registration to the Website, contacting you, advertisement of goods and services and legal procedures.

We do not rely on your explicit consent when processing your personal data other than processing for marketing purposes. In this regard, we state that you do not have the right to demand deletion of your personal data until the end of storage period that the activity and the law requires. While signing up a membership to Website, you shall state name and surname of the person who referenced for your membership. In this regard, you have to inform the person who referenced you and fulfill your obligation to inform regarding processing of personal data.

Newsletter Subscription. In case sharing your e-mail and consenting newsletter subscription to Website, BV Teknoloji sends you occasional newsletters in order to advertise goods and services, to offer new goods and services and to share market survey results.

Commercial Communication. Your explicit consent obtained for commercial communication for advertising and marketing purposes while registering to the Website. You will be contacted through e-mail if you consent to receive commercial communication.

You have the right to unsubscribe to the newsletter subscription and withdraw your consent for the processing of your personal data for commercial communication at any time. From the time of withdrawal of the consent, you will not receive any newsletter and/or commercial communication messages from BV Teknoloji.  Withdrawal of your consent will not affect the lawfulness of the prior processing based on your consent.

II. Method of Collecting Personal Data

The Personal Data listed here is collected directly from the data owner via the Website, online forms, e – mails. Personal data is stored in the serves of third parties from which BV Teknoloji obtains services.

III. Storage Period

Your personal data will be stored for the period specified under the “Storage Period” title in the tables. Your personal data will be deleted or destroyed in the first destruction period following the expiry of the said period. If you withdraw your consent, your personal data processed based on your explicit consent will be destroyed in the first destruction period following the date of withdrawal.

BV Teknoloji may transfer or disclose your above-mentioned personal data without your consent if it is necessary to comply with the obligations arising from the law and /or to fulfill it’s responsibilities in accordance with the service contract and / or to fulfill it’s legal obligations with:

(1) BV Portföy Yönetimi Anonim Şirketi, in order to ensure that investment transactions are performed in line with your investment preferences and requests and for the purpose of establishing the contract, 

(2) due to the requirements of law and fulfilling legal obligations; police units, public institutions, relevant ministries and directorates, other public institutions authorized by law. 

V. Transferring Personal Data Abroad

BV Teknoloji shares your personal data regarding name, surname and e-mail address with Google Drive with its headquarters at California, United States of America, from which server and cloud service are obtained.

The BV corporate email network operates on Google programs. In this case, all e–mail communication you perform over the BV workplace e–mail address is stored in Google’s servers, with encryption. BV Teknoloji will store the personal data you provide through e-mail attachments in secure settings.

VI. Automated Decision Making

Your personal data is processed for statistical purposes with analogue methods, including market analysis evaluations. Automatic processing methods are not used.
