Hungri Games, a game studio founded in 2019, is known for developing mobile games in the casual/mid-core genres that appeal to both Web2 and Web3 users. The studio, led by an experienced founding team, initially focused on creating RPG mobile games such as “God of Gods,” “Legend of Khans,” and “Affairs.” After establishing themselves in the Web2 space, they directed their expertise toward game projects that reflect their knowledge in the Web3 vertical. One of their notable projects is “Metahorse Unity,” offering a competitive gaming experience where players can breed and race horses belonging to specific character classes in the RPG genre. In the summer of 2023, the company successfully closed an investment round, raising $1.9 million. This funding will be instrumental in the further development and scaling of Metahorse Unity.
