Sharing of my name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number and, in the event that I participate in online meetings and seminars, my visual and audio data in the meeting records with Google Drive that provides server and cloud services to BV Teknoloji, with its headquarters in the United States of America,
2. All e-mail communications I carry out through the BV Teknoloji workplace e-mail address are encrypted on Gmail’s servers abroad, and the attachments containing personal data that you will send in the e-mail attachment are securely stored by BV Teknoloji, and
3. Encrypted storage of all communications carried out via WhatsApp by WhatsApp on the servers of WhatsApp based abroad, in the United States of America.

My personal data will be stored until the end of the ten (10) year retention period from the date of termination of the service relationship in accordance with the legal obligation. At the end of 10 (ten) years, my personal data will be deleted, destroyed or anonymized during the first destruction period.
